The SCH Bridge Roller
Currently the knife in a cutterbar is supported by a wear plate. Wider platforms and the demand for better cutting performance has lead to more wear on the knifeback and wear plates.
Our solution: The new SCH Roller Guide reduces the friction on the knifeback and allows the knife to run more smoothly for superior cutting performance.
When replacing worn spacerbars with the new roller guide, new knifebacks are required to maintain proper tolerances.

Pro Drive Knifedrives
The PRO DRIVE knife drives feature a planetary gear system. Epicyclic drive. This design results in an absolute linear movement of knifehead and knife. The full stroke length is always fully transferred to the knife.
The design of horizontal or vertical input drive versions allows use in many applications.

Rasspe Connectors
- Specially hardened connector straps guarantee extreme strength for all knife lengths (even for 9meter/30 feet).
- The bolt-on design makes it easy to change a section or a segment without removing the whole knife from the cutterbar.
- Chrome/galvanised sections guarantee much better corrosion protection. The coating process of the knife sections is already in accordance with the latest strict regulations of the European Union.
- Special bolts and flange nuts guarantee secure connection of the sections to the knifeback.
Rasspe Sectional Knives
Sectional Combine Harvester Knives for cutting systems with forged steel fingers/guards.
- Available for most models of combine harvesters
- Bolt the pre-assembled segments together at your place before putting the knife into the cutterbar.
- Easy handling and low transport cost, maximum segment length of 2.60 meters / 8.5 feet.
- Easy combination of segments: Head and center segments for one combine harvester type always have the same length. You just add the end segment with the correct length, and you have the knife you want.
